However, the grievance of the petitioner so far as arrears are concerned that is still to be redressed.

Given the fact that the substantial compliance has been done by the respondents, the contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. However, as regards the arrears, the petitioner would have the liberty to approach the Court afresh by way of a fresh writ petition.
