Grievance of the petitioner is that by order dated 12/07/2019 she has been transferred from Government Primary School Navatola, Block Wadrafnagar to Government Primary School, Charchari, Block Wadrafnagar. It is stated that only two teachers are working in the school and as per policy of the State Annexure P-2 dated 28/08/2019 if after transfer one teacher remains the person who has been transferred should not be relieved. It is contended that without following such policy of the State itself and State is now following the earlier transfer which was made in the month of July, 2019.

Perusal of the transfer order would show that it was of 12/07/2019 and the petitioner has been transferred from one school to other school

which is of course in the same block. Annexure P-2 policy purports that after some teacher is transferred and after transfer of the teacher if the school remains with one teacher then transferred teacher may not be relieved. Since it is contended that only two teachers are posted at Government Primary School, Navatola and with the transfer of the petitioner only one teacher would be left, it is directed that the State shall follow its own policy dated 28/08/2019 and shall act accordingly. 3.
