Govt. Advocate for the State. 22.11.2018 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction in paragraph no.1 of the order dated 25.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 6998 of 2018. Inadvertently, while passing the order due to clerical error, the post on which the petitioner was working has been wrongly typed as Head Constable (Ministerial) whereas it should have been Assistant Sub Inspector (Ministerial).

The said request for modification has not been opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 25.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 6998 of 2018 stands modified to the extant that in paragraph no.1, the post on which the petitioner was working now shall be read as "Assistant Sub Inspector (Ministerial)" in stead of Head Constable (Ministerial).

Let the order passed in the present MCC be made part of WPS No. 6998 of 2018.
