1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the District Magistrate-

-2Raipur, District: Raipur, (C.G) for expeditious proceedings and to conclude Case No. 174/B-121/2017-18.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter pertains to the proceedings drawn by the District Magistrate under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The proceedings were initiated by the District Magistrate as early as 11.05.2018 and the matter was concluded and was fixed for the orders when the District Magistrate got transferred and a new District Magistrate took charge and the proceedings were lingering without any development thereafter.

3. Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet, if the writ petition is disposed-off with a direction to the District Magistrate, District: Raipur to ensure that the proceedings drawn in the Case No. 174/B-121/2017-18 is concluded at the earliest, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
