The limited prayer which the petitioner has made through the present Writ Petition is for issuance of direction to the respondent to decide the representation which the petitioner has made in respect of the recruitment to the post of Field Assistant which was conducted in the year 2014. 2.

The counsel for the respondent submits that, upon a suitable direction by this Court, they shall decide the same at the earliest. 3.

Given the said submission, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent to decide the pending representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today. 4.
