Mr. Sudeep Verma, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object to prayer for restoration of M.A.No.3 of 2018 as also application for condonation of delay.

I.A.No.1 There is delay of six days in filing the restoration application. For the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing the application is condoned. I.A.No.1 is allowed. Heard.

This MCC has been preferred for restoration of M.A.No.3 of 2018 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 24.09.2018.

After going through the application which is supported by the affidavit of counsel, I am inclined to allow the application for restoration of M.A.No. 3 of 2018.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed and M.A. No.3 of 2018 is restored to its original number.
