The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the order passed by this Court on 27/09/2018 in WPS No. 6351/2018.

During the course of hearing, the State counsel produces correspondence dated 06/12/2018 made by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission.

In the light of the contents of the said correspondence, this Court does not find any good reason for grant of extension of time as the Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission has refused to recommend the name of non-applicant No.1 in the instant MCC.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any good reason for grant of extension of time. 5.
