1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 05.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 5698/2019.

2. Counsel for the respondents have entered appearance and filed reply, along with reply, they have enclosed two orders Annexure R/4 dated 23.03.2019 and Annexure R/5 dated 30.08.2019. Annexure R/4 is the order whereby departmental appeal preferred by the petitioner already stood decided and Annexure R/5 is the order passed by the Authorities after the disposal of writ petition i.e. WPS No. 5698/2019. Annexure R/5 is the order whereby respondents have also dealt with the issue of competence and jurisdiction of the authority inflicting the punishment.

3. Given two orders, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with.

-24. If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved of subsequent development and the two orders dated 23.03.2019 Annexure R/4 and 30.08.2019 Annexure R/5, remedy open for the petitioner is to challenge the same by way of a fresh writ petition.
