1. Mr. Dhiraj Wankhede appears for the respondent makes submission that direction given by this Court for releasing of the retiral dues could not be processed as the service book of the petitioner was not traceable. He makes a submission that he has now received a telephonic instruction that the service book has since been received and he further undertakes that within a period of four weeks, the entire retiral dues would be processed and the payment would also be released to the petitioner.
2. Given the said undertaking made by the counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to
be adjudicated in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed off expecting the respondents to ensure that the entire retiral dues payable to the petitioner shall be released at the earliest preferably within the period of four weeks that he has assured.
