Prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Nursing Sister in Community Health Centre, Katghora since last two years. She has filed an application to transfer her service to Raigarh or nearby station by Annexure P-2. It is contended that Nursing Sister post at Civil Hospital, Raigarh is vacant, therefore application of the petitioner may be directed to be considered.

Perused the document. Without any observation on the merit, it is directed that if the application of the petitioner Annexure P-2 is pending with the Director, Health Services, Raipur same may be considered. Petitioner is also given liberty to file fresh application for transfer narrating all the facts and details within a period of three weeks from today which may be considered by respondent No.2 within a further period of 90 days. 3.
