The counsel for the respondent submits that, the order dated 03/07/2018 passed in WPS No. 4280/2018 has since been complied with. 2.

Though the counsel for the petitioner has not been able to get it verified, but believing the contentions that the respondent has submitted in the reply filed in the Contempt Petition, this Court is of the opinion that, there appears to be compliance done by the respondent of the order passed by this Court. 3.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to reagitate the issue in case of any shortfall in the payment made to the petitioner, the instant Contempt Petition in its present form stands disposed off.
