1. The issue involved in this petition is to the grant of two advance increment to the petitioner as she has completed the B.Ed. course on her own expenses. It is stated that the issue is covered by the judgement of this court passed on 30/10/2014 in WPS No.4680/2014 in between Hem Lal Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & other connected matters.
2. Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact that the issue involved is covered by the judgement rendered by this court.
3. Perusal of the document would show that order passed in WPS No.4680/2014 is on record and likewise the coordinate bench of this court in WPS No.509/2016 on 4/08/2016 has passed the following orders:- "In large number of cases, this Court has passed order
with regard to two advance increments. On consideration of orders passed in various cases, some of such orders are placed on record.
Accordingly, this petition is also disposed off on the similar terms as order dated 04/02/2016 passed in WPS No.4782/2015 and if the petitioners, upon verification of facts, are found to be similarly situated, the same benefit may be granted to the petitioners also."
4. Since the issue in this case is also similar and has already been decided, ratio laid down in the aforesaid case shall also be equally applicable in the instant case subject to verification.
5. It is ordered accordingly.
