AWARD (Passed on this 11.12.2021) 1.

As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.3/Royal Sundaram Insurance Company Limited, has hereby agreed to deposit Rs.26,300/- (Rupees Twenty Six thousand three hundred only) over and above the compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of two months from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest, if paid within the period of two months, else it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of passing of this award till the date of its actual amount. The amount of compensation shall be payable to appellant through cheque 2.
