1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 25.08.2018.

2. At the outset, this Court finds it difficult to entertain the writ petition for the reason that firstly the writ petition has been filed after more than a

year from the date the order was passed by the respondent no.2 and secondly, there is a statutory alternative remedy available for the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

4. However, the dismissal of the writ petition would not preclude the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy if any available to the petitioner.
