Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is working as Supervisor in Integrated Child Development Scheme has been transferred from Seepat, District Bilaspur to Kunda, District Kabirdham. It is stated that the husband of the petitioner Onkar Sahu is government servant and is posted at Bilaspur and as per the policy of the State husband and wife normally are to be kept at the same place, therefore transfer being against the policy of the State, same may be cancelled. 2.

Perusal of the document would show that the husband of the petitioner is working at Bilaspur as per Annexure P-2. Considering the fact, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today to the concerned respondent. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 21/08/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
