Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as CEO at Bastanar, District Bastar. By an order dated 22/08/2019 respondent No.5 Ramakant Kar was posted as CEO, Bastanar. Consequently, the petitioner was attached in the office of Zila Panchayat, Jagdalpur. It is stated that the office of Zila Panchayat, Jagdalpur do not have the post of CEO, therefore the petitioner has made representation to place him at proper place or transfer him to other place, therefore prays that his representation may be decided.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner if is pending to place him at a particular

place shall be decided by the concerned respondent within an outer limit of 90 days.
