1. The suit is filed by the plaintiff/petitioner and he also preferred an application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 of the C.P.C that has been rejected by the trial Court and which is upheld by the Misc. Appellate Court, against which this writ petition has been preferred.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.
3. After hearing the parties and considering the facts that the suit is pending for consideration since 11.02.2015 and there is no substantive progress in the trial, it would be expedient to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through District Judge concerned.
