Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 25.8.2018 (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, this Court finds it difficult to entertain the present writ petition for the reason that, firstly, the writ petition has been filed after more than a year from the date the impugned order was passed by respondent no.2 and, secondly, that there is a statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
