1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that by order dated 01.10.2019 the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School Gadadih, Block Saja, District Bemetara to Government Primary School Mangsa, Block Dharsiva, District Raipur.

3. It is contended that transfer of petitioner is done from one District to another District, the seniority of the petitioner would be affected. Therefore, the petitioner transfer shall be set aside.

4. Learned State counsel opposes the same.

5. Considering the grievance of the petitioner that seniority of the petitioner would be affected, as the seniority is maintained in district wise transfer. It is directed that the petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted to redress the cases of transfer within three weeks from the date of recipe of copy of this order and the committee thereafter shall decide the same within a further period of 60 days.

6. Till such representation is decided the transfer order of the petitioner if not carried out shall not be given effect to.
