Heard on application for grant of leave to appeal filed by the State. 2.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the evidence of the prosecutrix regarding commission of sexual intercourse and the trial Court finding that the prosecutrix was less than 18 years of age, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal.

Accordingly, the CRMP is allowed and the case to be registered as an acquittal appeal and be listed for further orders.
