This Court, vide order dated 13.12.2018 passed in W.P.(Cr.) No.671/2018, directed the Court below to decide the criminal case initiated on the basis of the complaint lodged by the Petitioner in relation to Crime No.440/2016 for the offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, as early as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of furnishing the certified copy of the order.

However, by way of the request (P.U.D.) dated 11.10.2019, the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhilai-3, District Durg has sought for
extension of time to dispose of the Criminal Case No.440/2016. 4.
Considering the reasons assigned by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhilai-3, District Durg in P.U.D. dated 11.10.2019 prayer for extension of further time of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted.
