Present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 6739/2018 d/on 09/10/2018. 2.

The modification sought is to the extent that, inadvertently, the father's name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned in the Writ Petition and it has been reflected in the impugned order.

Not opposed.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands allowed.

The order dated 09/10/2018 passed in WPS No. 6739/2018 stands modified to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner in the cause-title would henceforth be read as B.S.Thakur instead of Sampat Singh Thakur.

Let, a copy of the order passed in this MCC be made part of the record of WPS No. 6739/2018.

The applicant herein is also permitted to carry out the necessary correction in the record of the original Writ Petition and for which the registry would permit the counsel for the petitioner for making out correction. 8.
