Prayer of the petitioner is that the wife of the petitioner is working at Korba and as per the policy of the Government, husband & wife normally are kept at the same place, whereas the petitioner is a teacher posted at Government Primary School Raikera, Block Bagicha, District Jashpur. It is further contended that the petitioner has made an application for transfer, as per Annexure P-6, as husband & wife may be placed at the same place, according to the policy and it is prayed that the same may be directed to be decided.

Without any observation on the merit of the case, taking into fact that the representation has been made by the petitioner for transfer, it is directed that the Government shall decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-6 within a period of three months. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation, if so advised.
