The present MCC has been filed seeking modification/correction of the order dated 24.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 7663 of 2019. The Contention of the petitioner is that the address of the respondent No. 4 inadvertently, due to clerical error, got wrongly typed as "Hasdeo Bango Division, Rampur, Dist. Korba Chhattisgarh" instead of "Kelo Pariyojana Nirman Sambang, Lakha, HQ Kharsiya, Dist. Raigarh Chhattisgarh". Counsel for the petitioner prays for appropriate modification so that respondents can comply with the order.

The said prayer is not opposed by the State Counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The address of the respondent No. 4 shall be read as "Kelo Pariyojana Nirman Sambang, Lakha, HQ Kharsiya, Dist. Raigarh" instead "Hasdeo Bango Division, Rampur, Dist. Korba Chhattisgarh."

With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed. The Registry is directed to place a copy of this order for the records of WPS No. 7663 of 2019.
