Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition was filed to quash the FIR, however, during the course of time the charge-sheet has been filed, therefore, he may be given liberty to withdraw this petition and challenge the entire charge-sheet.

Considering the prayer made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
