1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties on restoration application, considered their rival submissions and gone through the records with utmost circumspection.

2. Mr.Bharat Rajput, learned counsel, submits that he has no instructions on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.

3. Sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance when the case was called out for hearing on 31.10.2018.

4. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. Second Appeal No.197 of 2012, which

was dismissed for want of prosecution on 31.10.2018, is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K.Agrawal) Judge B/-
