2. Petitioner herein earlier filed WPCr No. 943/2019 for issuing direction to the respondent/State to register an FIR against the alleged accused but that writ petition was withdrawn with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to file private complaint against the person concerned. This writ petition has again been preferred for the same relief which was prayed in the earlier writ petition.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy and file a complaint in accordance with law as it has already been stated in order dated 24/09/2019 in the earlier writ petition.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition (criminal) stands disposed of. No cost(s).
