The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 3.10.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 8098 of 2019. 2.

The modification sought for is only to the extent that the status of respondent no.6 is reflected as "Superintendent of Police (T/C)" whereas the reflection "(T/C)" was not necessary and has been inadvertently crept in, in WPS No. 8098/2019 as well as in the order dated 3.10.2019 passed in the said writ petition. Counsel for the petitioner therefore prays for deletion of the term "(T/C)" mentioned with the status of respondent no.6, that is, "Superintendent of Police". 3.

State Counsel does not dispute the modification sought for. 4.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. The status of respondent no.6 mentioned in the order dated 3.10.2019 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 8098 of 2019 as well in the cause title of the said writ petition stands modified to the extent that, it shall be read as "Superintendent of Police" instead of "Superintendent of Police (T/C)".

Registry is directed to place a copy of this order in the records of Writ Petition (S) No. 8098 of 2019.
