The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 639 of 2014 which got disposed off as having become infructuous on the statement of the petitioner on 02/08/2018.

The counsel for the applicants submits that, the petitioner had inadvertently made a submission as the said instructions was to be made in another Writ Petition i.e. WPS No. 2607/2014 which is of similar nature, but the submission had been wrongly made in the instant Writ Petition. 3.
In the given facts and finding the reasons assigned in the instant MCC to be satisfactory, the same deserve to be and is accordingly allowed. 4.
Writ Petition (S) No. 639/2014 stands restored to its original number. 5.
No order as to costs.
