The present application has been filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition (S) No. 3004 of 2019 which got dismissed vide a peremptory order passed by this Court on 24.4.2019.

For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, subject to the Applicant depositing an amount of Rs.1000/- (One Thousand Only) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of two weeks from today and thereafter on furnishing a receipt of the same to the Registry of this Court, Writ Petition (S) No. 3004 of 2019 would stand restored to its original file.
