1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has claimed in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.5 for deciding the Revenue Case drawn under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, which is pending consideration before the respondent No.5 since 2016.

2. Considering the limited grievance and the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.5 is directed to consider and dispose of the said

Revenue Case pending before him since 2016 at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
