It is submitted that the petitioner had earlier filed an application under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act praying for restitution of conjugal rights, which was withdrawn on the basis of some understanding that took place between the petitioner and the respondent. Later on the respondent did not join the petitioner to reside in her matrimonial home, therefore, the repeat application has been filed in which the respondent has given appearance. However, the respondent is making use of delaying tactics, therefore, specific direction be issued for quick disposal of the case.

This petition is not filed against any specific order, therefore, it is disposed off with direction to the Court concerned to dispose of the matter expeditiously within a period of six months. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
