Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was subject to frequent transfer and by recent order dated 23/08/2019 he has been transferred from Guru Ghasidas National Park, Ramgarh, District Koria to Forest Division Bastar. It is stated that in 2016 he was posted at Surajpur, thereafter in 2017 he was posted at Biharpur which is away from Surajpur, then again came back to Surajpur in 2018. In 2018 itself he was again posted at a distance place at Ramanuj Nagar and in 2019 in Ramgarh National Park he was posted and in the month of September he was posted in Ghuru Ghasi Das National Park. It is further contended that the petitioner has already served 35 years only in the schedule area and is over 55 years and therefore the petitioner normally should not be placed again in the schedule area.

Perused the document filed alongwith the petition. It appears that
the petitioner was transferred in between Surajpur, Biharpur, Ramanuj Nagar, Ramgarh and lastly was at Ghuru Ghasi Das National Park, Koria. Considering the different place the petitioner was posted in short period of time, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted by the State to hear the case of transfer within a period of three weeks from today. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till then the transfer order dated 23/08/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
