1. Shri Vindo Deshmukh enters appearance for the respondent submits that pursuant to the extension of time granted by this Court in MCC No. 970/2019 on 06.11.2019, the respondents on 26/27-12-2019 have decided the claim of the petitioner and on due consideration it has been found that the petitioner was not entitled for any of the allowances that he has claimed for. Thus, according to the counsel for the respondents, the order stands complied with.
2. Let a copy of this order be brought on record by way of submission memo, by the Counsel for the respondents and giving a copy to the applicant also.
-23. Given the said facts that the respondents have now taken a decision, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied. However, in case, if the petitioner is still aggrieved of the subsequent order passed by the respondents, he would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent order by way of a fresh proceedings.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
