1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 10.08.2018, passed by this Court in WPS No. 5148/2018.

2. Mr. Vipin Tiwari, appearing for the respondent produced an order before this Court dated 04.11.2019, whereby the details of the payments released to the petitioner has been shown. The said order is taken on record.

3. Given the fact that the document shows the release of the retiral dues payable to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the order stands complied with.

4. So far as the claim of interest part is concerned, though there was an observation by this Court, but this Court had not given any fixed rate of interest to be calculated, nor was directed that it would be accompanied by the interest. The claim for interest on the said

amount is left open to be claimed by the petitioner in an appropriate proceeding.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
