This MCC has been filed for extension of time for implementation on compliance on the directives given by this Court on 23.08.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5404 of 2018. The applicant in their application has specifically envisaged that they are in process to comply with the directives given by this Court and therefore, has sought further extension of time.

Considering the contention put forth, this Court is of the opinion that strong case has been made out for grant of time. Accordingly, the applicant who were respondent No.4 in the said writ petition are granted further 60 days of time for necessary compliance of the order dated 23.08.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5404 of 2018.
