2. This Court is not inclined to entertain the present PIL looking at the nature of relief. Such matters also fall within the realm of governance and policy decision in which the Court will not intervene or interfere. Matters may be brought to the notice of the appropriate authorities who are the best judge to decide whether continuance of a person on contract is needed in the interest of administration or their services can be dispensed with.

3. The PIL is otherwise dismissed.
