1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the Respondent No. 02 be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in-respect-of Case No. 1491/A6/2007-08, Raghunath Patel and Anr. Vs Sumkati and other for providing a certified copy of the order dated 09.09.2008 passed by the Respondent No. 02.

Considering the limited grievance that the petitioner has, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet, if the Respondent No. 2 is directed to immediately take necessary steps for the tracing of the records of appeal Case No. 1491/A-6/2007-08 and thereafter decide the application of the petitioner demanding certified copy

-2and at the same time, it is also directed considering the case to be 10 years old, the appeal itself be decided at the earliest, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of record by the Respondent No. 2.

3. The Writ Petition, accordingly stands disposed-off.

4. It shall be the duty/responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the Respondent No. 2; so far as the Order passed by this Court is concerned.
