1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier the transfer of the petitioner was subject of challenge in WPS No.6798/2019, wherein this Court on 30.08.2019 has passed the following order:- "4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner, if he so chooses, may prefer a detailed representation to the respondents.

Considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, the respondents may decide it as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as per the rules."

It is contended that pursuant to the order dated 30.08.2019 passed in WPS No.6798 of 2019 petitioner filed a representation on 13.09.2019, however, the same is not been decided till date though the considerable period has passed and the petitioner seeks a direction that the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the same.

4. Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that the respondent No.1 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
