1. This petition has been brought by the petitioners for non-supply of the statements recorded in morgue inquiry.

2. Considering that the petitioners had filed an application for supply of the copy of the statements recorded in inquest procedure, which are not the part of the charge-sheet, therefore, the petitioners have option to file application under section 91 of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court itself and on the other hand they can also take resort to Right to Information Act. Therefore, this petition is disposed off.

3. If any such application is filed before the trial Court, the trial Court is directed to consider the same in the light of the observations made in this order.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed off. Certified Copy today.
