2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a fairly long time and in view of the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in the matter of Priyanka Srivastava and Anr. v. State of Uttar Pradesh and Ors.1 considering the fact that the complaint filed by the petitioner herein is not supported by his affidavit, seeks permission to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition under 1 (2015) 6 SCC 287
Section 482 of the CrPC with liberty to file complaint under Section 200 of the CrPC.
3. Prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is fair and reasonable is accordingly granted.
