Ms. Beenu Sharma, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 24/10/2019

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had joined the service to the sanctioned vacant post in the year 2005 and is serving as a Cook in G.N.M. Training Centre, Jashpur, however, till date the services of the petitioner have not been regularized. It is stated that the petitioner has made a representation to the Respondents to regularize her service according to law, as she has been rendering her services from last 14 years and had joined sanctioned vacant post. The prayer made by the petitioner at this stage is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided.

2. Perused the documents.

3. Perusal of the documents would show that the petitioner had joined in the year 2005 (Annexure P-2) and prima facie it appears that she has rendered a long service of about 14 years.

4. In view of this, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh detailed representation to Respondent No. 3 within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the representation so made, the same may be decided by Respondent No.3 within a further period of 6 months.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Jyoti
