2. In view of the order dated 9.1.2018 passed in WPC No.28/2018, the present writ petition for execution of the order passed under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is not maintainable as the writ Court does not issue multiple writs
or unnecessary writs.
3. If the order passed by this Court is not complied with, the petitioner may move under the contempt jurisdiction.
