Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Government Primary School Taragarh to K.G.B.V. Jhagarpur which is about 60-70 kms away. Perusal of the document would show that as per Anneuxre P-3 representation has been made by the villagers and also President, School Management Committee that in case the petitioner is transferred, she being only science teacher the post of science teacher would fall vacant, therefore her transfer to another school has been sought to be cancelled. Considering the document so filed, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of 15 days from today before the respondent No.2.
