1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time, so far as the observation of time granted by this Court while disposal of the writ petition i.e. WPS No. 5987/2011 (Lakhan Singh Rajput v. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) vide order dated 29.06.2018.

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition was for a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for transferring his pension account, which is at present being maintained under the respondent No.3 be transferred to the respondent No.2.

3. This Court while disposing of the writ petition made the following observations:

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a fresh representation in addition to Annexure P/5 that he has made within a period of 15 days from today and on such representation being made, the respondent No.3 should consider and

-2decide the same on its merit keeping in mind the order passed by the respondent No.3 on 29.05.2009 by passing a speaking order within a further period of 90 days.

It is stated by the counsel for the applicant that due to personal inconvenience and lack of proper advise, the applicant while forwarding the order of this Court to the authorities concerned could not send the representation and the order of this Court also could not be properly served upon the respondent No.3. The envelope sent has been returned back and the present MCC has been filed seeking for a further extension of time for making suitable representation to the respondent No.3.

On due consideration of the submission made by the counsel for the applicant and also going through the contents of the MCC, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out, particularly taking into account that the applicant is a senior citizen. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the applicant is granted a further period of 60 days for making a proper representation to the respondent No.3 for redressal of his grievances and on receipt of the said representation, the respondent No.3 in turn shall decide the representation within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

7. Let a copy of the order passed in the present MCC be made part of the records of WPS No. 5987/2011.
