(1) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification/correction in Crime Number passed in order dated 29.10.2018 in M.Cr.C. No.8303/2018. (2) Counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that in order dated 29.10.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No.8303/2018, the Crime No.214/2018 has been wrongly mentioned in place of Crime No.439/2018 and, therefore, the same may be corrected.

(3) It is directed that the Crime No.439/2018 be read in place of Crime No.214/2018 passed in order dated 29.10.2018 in M.Cr.C. No.8303/2018. Other contents of order dated 29.10.2018 shall remain intact. (4) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
