2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Collector, District Janjgir-Champa, as respondent No.4 during
the course of the day.
3. The dispute brought before this Court is regarding non payment of compensation under the Pradhan Mantri Crop Insurance Scheme.
4. Annexure P/1 & P/2 indicate that certain amount was paid by the petitioner as premium under the said Insurance Scheme, however, the petitioner has not been paid the damages/compensation under the Scheme despite the petitioner having suffered failure of crops.
5. Let the petitioner move before the concerned Collector within a period of 3 weeks from today. On such representation being filed, the concerned Collector shall enquire into the matter and decide the same by a speaking order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 7 weeks from the date of submission of representation.
