Mr. Rajendra Kumar Patel, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 24/10/2019
1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.2 the Returning Officer of the election of Gymnastics Federation of India has published a voter list (Annexure P/2) whereby there is no representation on behalf of the State of Chhattisgarh shown as no Gymnastic association was found eligible.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has a document in his favour which shows the affiliation letter dated 31.08.2018 issued by the Gymnastics Federation of India. This non-inclusion of the petitioner has been opposed by the petitioner by filing an objection before the respondents No.1 & 2.
3. Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if the respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider the objection that the petitioner has made so far as his nonrepresentation of the petitioner in the upcoming election.
4. It is expected that they shall take a decision on the objection before the elections are conducted.
