Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner joined the services in Directorate of Technical Education in the year 2016 and she is still in probation and has not been confirmed. Vide order dated 17/10/2019 she has been transferred from Government Engineering College, Raipur to Government Engineering College, Bilaspur. It is stated that the petitioner is carrying pregnancy of five months as on date, therefore considering the background of this fact transfer of the petitioner may be cancelled.

Perused the documents. Medical documents attached with the petition shows that the petitioner is carrying pregnancy of five months. Taking into such fact, it is directed that the petitioner shall make a representation within a period of four weeks from today to the concerned

respondent. If such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 90 days. Till then the transfer order dated 17/10/2019 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to. 3.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Certified copy today.
