This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 82/2017, registered at Police Station-Nagarnar, District Bastar (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the NDPS Act. 2.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any good ground or new ground to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected.
